In this unit, Year 7 students will embark on a journey to develop essential digital literacy skills. They will explore various aspects of digital technology, online safety, and effective communication in the digital world. Through a combination of hands-on activities, discussions, and research, students will build a strong foundation for responsible and effective digital citizenship.

The intention of this unit is to provide an introduction to digital literacy

Students create a student portfolio and home work project with discussions, activities and research.

The impact of this unit will be measured by the end of unit assessment and their homework portfolio.
